Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate existing data systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement data models, data dictionaries, and data standards to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data system requirements.
Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to integrate data from various sources.
Create and maintain data documentation, including data flow diagrams, system specifications, and user guides.
Identify and troubleshoot data issues and develop solutions to address them.
Develop and maintain data quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Monitor data system performance and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management and technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Systems Analyst or a similar role.
Strong understanding of data management concepts, including data modeling, data governance, and data quality.
Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Experience with data integration tools, such as ETL and ELT.
Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Java, is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
