About the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of educational programs for our organization. You will work closely with our team of educators and administrators to ensure the success of our education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with educators and administrators to design curriculum and learning materials.
• Coordinate logistics for educational programs, including scheduling, venue selection, and participant registration.
• Communicate with program participants and their families to provide program details and updates.
• Manage program budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective program delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote and expand educational programs.
• Conduct evaluations and gather feedback from program participants to continuously improve program offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance program content and delivery.
• Prepare reports and presentations to showcase program impact and outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or educational program development.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with learning management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design principles.
