Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's educational programs and initiatives
Collaborate with various departments to design and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and goals
Conduct research to identify relevant resources and materials to support program development
Create and maintain a curriculum database to track program content, materials, and updates
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data collection and analysis
Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements
Communicate with program stakeholders, including students, parents, and educators, to gather feedback and address any concerns
Assist in the planning and execution of events, workshops, and conferences related to educational programs
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and resources
Stay informed about current trends and developments in education to ensure program relevance and effectiveness

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development and program coordination
Strong understanding of educational principles and best practices
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills
Knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software
