Job Title: Fintech Product Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fintech Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Fintech Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our fintech products and services. Your primary focus will be on continuously enhancing and improving our existing products, as well as identifying and developing new products to meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, excellent project management skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to drive product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to develop and execute product plans.
• Define product requirements and user stories, and work closely with engineering teams to translate them into technical specifications.
• Act as the main point of contact for all product-related queries, and provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, and use data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies in the fintech space, and use this knowledge to inform product development and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of fintech products and services, and knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing fintech products from ideation to launch.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
