Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create curriculum content that aligns with those objectives
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to incorporate into curriculum development
Design and develop engaging and interactive learning activities, including presentations, simulations, and assessments
Utilize various instructional design models and theories to create effective learning experiences
Ensure that all curriculum materials are accurate, relevant, and up-to-date
Review and revise curriculum materials based on feedback from instructors and students
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for new curriculum offerings
Stay up-to-date with advancements in educational technology and instructional design methods
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and enhance the overall learning experience for students

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with learning management systems and educational technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for education and learning
Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
