Position Title: Rental Operations Manager

Location: Maseru, Lesotho

Overview: RentEase is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Rental Operations Manager to join our team. As the Rental Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our rental operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rental operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement rental operations strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
• Manage and maintain rental inventory, including procurement, maintenance, and storage
• Oversee rental reservations, contracts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Train and supervise rental operations team members, providing ongoing support and feedback
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement promotional campaigns
• Monitor and analyze rental data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for team members
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the availability of rental equipment and supplies
• Monitor and control operational expenses to meet budget targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in rental operations or a similar role
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team to achieve results
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and rental operations processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and rental management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
