About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an Adjunct Professor of Education. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and teach courses in various areas of education, including curriculum development, classroom management, and educational psychology
• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that align with course objectives and learning outcomes
• Utilize various teaching methods, such as lectures, group discussions, and hands-on activities, to create a dynamic learning environment
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their coursework and assignments
• Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure consistency in curriculum and assessment methods
• Stay current with developments in the education field and incorporate new research and best practices into teaching materials
• Serve as a mentor and advisor to students, providing guidance and support as they navigate their academic and career paths
• Participate in departmental meetings and faculty development activities to continuously improve teaching strategies and techniques

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the education field, preferably as a teacher or administrator
• Prior experience teaching at the college or university level is preferred
• Strong understanding of educational theories, principles, and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods and style to meet the needs of diverse learners
