Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire leasing process for commercial properties, including marketing, tenant screening, lease negotiations, and renewals
Develop and maintain relationships with potential tenants, real estate brokers, and other industry professionals
Conduct property tours and provide information to potential tenants about available spaces and lease terms
Analyze market trends and competition to determine rental rates and negotiate lease terms that align with company objectives
Review and approve lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurate and in compliance with company policies
Collaborate with property management team to ensure smooth transition of tenants into properties and address any tenant issues as needed
Continuously seek out new opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue for commercial properties
Stay up-to-date on local and national market trends and make recommendations for changes to leasing strategies
Develop and maintain a database of potential tenants and track all leasing activities and progress in CRM software
Assist with preparing and presenting financial reports and budget projections to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing or related field
Strong understanding of lease agreements and real estate laws and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully leasing commercial properties and maintaining high occupancy rates
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
