Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the production process from start to finish, including scheduling, prepress, printing, finishing, and shipping.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to clients.
• Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Oversee the quality control process, ensuring all products meet our high standards.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure all materials are ordered in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement production strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Train and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, implementing new techniques and technologies to improve our production process.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a printing production management role.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and printing software.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is an asset.
