Job Title: Education Program Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Education Program Manager to join our team. As an Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our education programs. Your main objective will be to ensure that our programs are effective, engaging, and aligned with our organization's mission and goals. You will work closely with a team of educators, curriculum developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with a team of educators, curriculum developers, and other stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality educational content.
• Oversee the development of program materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and other instructional resources.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our education programs, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Provide leadership and guidance to program staff, including educators and support staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, and government agencies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in education, incorporating new ideas and strategies into our programs.
• Develop and maintain program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program management, preferably in a non-profit or community-based organization.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and educational best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience working with underserved communities or marginalized populations is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis and evaluation methods is preferred.
