Position: Food and Beverage Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales and profit targets
• Creating and managing budgets for food and beverage operations
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings
• Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Recruiting, training, and managing a team of food and beverage staff
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to create new and innovative menu items
• Developing and implementing promotional strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
• Overseeing the planning and execution of special events and banquets
• Managing relationships with vendors and negotiating contracts for food and beverage supplies
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns
• Monitoring and analyzing sales and expenses, and making adjustments as needed
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and implementing changes to improve operations
• Creating and maintaining relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote our establishment
• Ensuring that all food and beverage operations are in compliance with company standards and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
• Proven track record of success in managing a high-volume food and beverage operation
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• ServSafe and TIPS certification is preferred
