Job Title: Global Affairs Researcher

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Affairs Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international relations, global affairs, and research methods. This role requires a keen understanding of current events and global issues, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner. The Global Affairs Researcher will work closely with our team to provide valuable insights and recommendations on global policies and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on global trends, policies, and events to gather relevant information and insights
• Analyze data and information from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and potential impacts on global affairs
• Monitor and track global political and economic developments, and provide timely updates to our team
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and insights on global affairs
• Develop and maintain databases and resources related to global affairs
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings on global affairs for internal and external audiences
• Stay up-to-date with current events and global affairs through attending conferences, participating in discussions, and conducting independent research
• Provide recommendations and insights to assist in the development and implementation of global strategies and policies
• Support our team with any additional tasks related to global affairs research and analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in global affairs research and analysis
• Strong understanding of global political and economic systems, as well as international relations
• Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Tableau
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work on diverse projects
• Fluency in multiple languages and experience working in different regions is a plus
