Job Title: DevOps Principal Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Principal Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Principal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients implement and optimize DevOps practices within their organizations. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients, as well as leading the development and implementation of effective DevOps strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients on implementing DevOps practices and principles.
• Lead the development and implementation of DevOps strategies and solutions for our clients.
• Conduct assessments of clients’ current DevOps practices and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated processes and tools to support DevOps practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the DevOps space.
• Mentor and train junior team members on DevOps best practices and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a DevOps role, with at least 3 years in a consulting capacity.
• Proven experience designing and implementing DevOps strategies and solutions.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Extensive experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Chef.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and train junior team members.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certifications in DevOps and cloud technologies are a plus.
