Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agricultural Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and overseeing production processes in the agriculture industry. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising, planning, and coordinating all activities related to the production of our agricultural products. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee all aspects of agricultural production, including planting, harvesting, and post-harvest processes.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production targets.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Train, mentor and supervise production staff to ensure they are following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production while minimizing waste.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Identify and troubleshoot any production issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for agricultural production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in agricultural production.
• Knowledge of agricultural production processes and best practices.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Working Conditions: The Agricultural Production Supervisor will work primarily in an outdoor environment, on and off of the farm. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed during peak production seasons.
