Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Operations Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing a team of pilots and flight crew, as well as coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of flight operations, including scheduling, crew management, and flight planning.
• Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for flight operations.
• Oversee the training and development of pilots and flight crew.
• Monitor and analyze flight data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight operations management.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing and developing teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in flight planning software and other relevant tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Valid pilot's license and medical certificate preferred.
