Job Title: Machinery Manufacturing Engineer

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machinery Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a Machinery Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and production of high-quality machinery. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes, as well as the overall success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new machinery, including design, production, and quality control procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new machinery products
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues to identify root causes and implement solutions
• Conduct cost analysis and make recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce production costs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for machinery products
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery equipment
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in the design and production of machinery
• Conduct regular audits to evaluate the performance of machinery and identify opportunities for improvement
• Train and mentor production staff on new manufacturing processes and equipment
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in machinery technology to inform decision-making and process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machinery manufacturing, with a focus on process improvement and product development
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including design, production, and quality control
• Experience with CAD software and other design tools
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing industry
• Willingness to travel for equipment installation and testing, as needed
