Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company's green initiatives strategy to reduce the company's carbon footprint and promote sustainable practices.
Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving the company's environmental performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facilities, supply chain, and marketing, to drive sustainability initiatives across the organization.
Monitor and report on the company's progress towards its sustainability goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as NGOs and government agencies, to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Stay informed about new and emerging green technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
Develop and deliver training programs for employees to promote environmentally responsible practices.
Work with marketing and communications teams to promote the company's green initiatives to stakeholders and the public.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful green initiatives.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices.
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs is a plus.
