Job Summary: As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties. You will work closely with property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the properties. Your main goal will be to maximize the value of the properties while maintaining high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors
• Oversee all aspects of property management, including lease negotiations, rent collection, maintenance and repairs, and budgeting
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and identify any maintenance or safety issues
• Create and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants
• Develop and manage annual budgets for each property
• Review and approve all property expenses, ensuring they are in line with the budget
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to property owners
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions
• Handle any tenant complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Manage and supervise property management staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders
• Proven experience in budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
