Job Title: E-Learning Instructional Designer

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As the E-Learning Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective online learning modules for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create high-quality e-learning content that supports our learning objectives and meets the needs of our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives
• Create storyboards, scripts, and visual aids for e-learning modules
• Develop assessments and activities to measure learner understanding and retention
• Utilize multimedia tools and software to enhance the learning experience
• Ensure e-learning modules are visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible to all learners
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and effectiveness of e-learning content
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in e-learning technology and instructional design methodologies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning modules and make necessary revisions and updates
• Manage multiple e-learning projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
• Collaborate with the learning and development team to integrate e-learning with other training initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in e-learning
• Proficient in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
• Demonstrated experience in creating engaging and interactive e-learning content
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Knowledge of SCORM and other e-learning standards
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
