Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, assisting customers with their purchases, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand and communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and services
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and resolving customer complaints
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
