Are you a passionate and driven individual with a talent for fundraising? Do you have a strong network and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with donors? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Fundraising Manager.As the Fundraising Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization by leading and executing our fundraising initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise funds and increase donor engagement. This role requires a strong leader who is results-driven, creative, and has proven experience in achieving fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations
• Create and manage donor recognition programs to ensure donor retention and engagement
• Plan and execute fundraising events, such as galas, auctions, and charity walks
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising campaigns and materials
• Create and manage a donor database to ensure accurate and up-to-date donor information
• Monitor and analyze fundraising data to identify trends and inform future strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members and volunteers
• Work closely with program directors to align fundraising efforts with the organization's mission and goals
• Manage and train a team of fundraising staff and volunteers
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve fundraising efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising or a similar role
• Proven track record of meeting fundraising goals and cultivating donor relationships
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of fundraising software and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
