Position: Academic Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Program Manager to join our team. As an Academic Program Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs to ensure their success. You will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to provide a high-quality learning experience and support the academic goals of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic programs in line with the institution's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with faculty to design and update curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and requirements.
• Manage and monitor program budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as industry professionals and other academic institutions, to enhance program offerings and opportunities for students.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of faculty and staff involved in the academic programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and make recommendations for program enhancements.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulations.
• Work closely with admissions and marketing teams to promote and market academic programs to prospective students.
• Provide support and guidance to students, including academic advising and career counseling.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and integrate academic programs with other aspects of the institution.

Qualifications:

• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program management or related field.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational trends.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using technology and learning management systems.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulations.
