Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential offshoring opportunities for our company
Collaborate with various departments to determine which operations or services can be offshored
Develop a comprehensive strategy for offshoring, including timelines, budget, and potential risks
Identify suitable countries and specific locations for offshoring based on factors such as cost, talent pool, and infrastructure
Establish and maintain relationships with offshoring partners, including vendors, suppliers, and government agencies
Negotiate contracts and agreements with offshoring partners to ensure favorable terms for our company
Coordinate the transition of operations or services to the offshoring location, ensuring minimal disruption to our business
Develop and implement training programs for employees who will be working in the offshoring location
Monitor and evaluate the success of offshoring initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
Stay up-to-date with global trends and regulations related to offshoring to ensure compliance and optimize our offshoring strategy

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in offshoring or a similar role
Proven track record of successfully implementing offshoring initiatives and achieving cost savings
In-depth knowledge of global markets and regulations related to offshoring
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
