Job Title: Commercial Leasing Agent

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for managing and leasing commercial properties on behalf of our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record in negotiations. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential tenants and market trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other industry professionals
• Create marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and promote available properties
• Conduct property showings and provide information to potential tenants regarding leasing terms and conditions
• Negotiate and draft lease agreements and other related documents
• Conduct thorough tenant screenings and credit checks
• Oversee and manage lease renewals, lease terminations, and rental increases
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant requirements
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand client base

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Leasing Agent or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate market and property management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of successfully leasing commercial properties
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate management software
• Valid real estate license is preferred
