Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Offshoring Operations Director to join our team and lead our offshore facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex operations, driving growth, and delivering exceptional results in the offshoring industry. As the Offshoring Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the offshore facility, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase profitability of the offshore facility
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed to deliver high-quality services to clients
• Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively lead their teams
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the offshore facility
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure that they are satisfied with our services
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on the performance of the offshore facility, including financials, KPIs, and other relevant metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the offshoring industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proven track record of driving growth and delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
