Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Photographer to join our team. As a Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality images that align with our brand's vision and goals. You will work closely with our creative team to develop and execute visual concepts that elevate our brand's image and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their photography skills and a passion for storytelling through images.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute photo shoots that align with our brand's vision and goals
• Use your expertise in lighting, composition, and editing to produce visually appealing and high-quality images
• Utilize various techniques and equipment to capture images, such as natural lighting, studio lighting, and different lenses
• Edit and retouch images to enhance their quality and meet brand standards
• Manage and maintain photo equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team
• Work closely with models, stylists, and other team members to ensure a smooth and successful photo shoot
• Organize and maintain a digital library of all images for easy access and retrieval
• Collaborate with the marketing team to select and edit images for use in various marketing materials, including social media, print and digital campaigns, and website content

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a professional Photographer, preferably in a creative agency or fashion/beauty industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing your photography skills and creativity
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Lightroom
• Excellent knowledge of photography techniques and equipment
• Strong eye for detail and ability to capture the essence of a brand through images
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to travel for photo shoots as needed
