Job Summary: As a Transportation Coordinator at HaulItAll Trucking Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of transportation services for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that shipments are delivered on-time and in compliance with all transportation regulations. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule transportation services for clients, including trucking, air freight, and ocean freight
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and clients to provide updates on shipment status
• Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for each shipment, including bills of lading, customs documents, and delivery receipts
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to optimize costs and services
• Resolve any transportation-related issues or delays in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities and expenses
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop transportation solutions for clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in transportation regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Transportation Coordinator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
