As a Talent Booker, you will be responsible for identifying, booking, and managing a diverse range of talent for our various projects and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in the entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential talent for our projects and events, including but not limited to musicians, actors, comedians, and influencers
• Build and maintain relationships with talent agents, managers, and other industry professionals
• Negotiate and secure contracts with talent, ensuring all details are accurately documented and agreed upon by all parties
• Coordinate and manage talent logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and schedules
• Collaborate with project managers and event planners to determine the appropriate talent for each project or event
• Attend industry events and showcases to scout for new talent and network with industry professionals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to identify emerging talent and opportunities for our company
• Manage budgets and expenses related to talent bookings, ensuring all costs are within allocated budgets
• Work closely with marketing and PR teams to promote talent and events on various platforms
• Ensure all talent-related paperwork and legal documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the talent booking process, effectively resolving conflicts and maintaining positive relationships with talent and their representatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent booking, preferably in the entertainment industry
• Strong network of contacts in the entertainment industry, including talent agents, managers, and other industry professionals
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with talent and their representatives
• Proven track record of successfully booking and managing talent for various projects and events
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Knowledge of current industry trends and developments, with a passion for discovering and working with talented individuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and talent booking software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
