Position Overview

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our quality assurance process, developing and implementing quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and continuously improving our products and services. You will lead a team of quality assurance professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain excellence in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and systems
• Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
• Manage the company's quality management system
• Develop quality metrics to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead and motivate the quality assurance team
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders on quality-related matters
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in Manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and regulations
• Experience in developing and implementing quality management systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional certifications like Six Sigma or Lean preferred
