About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Education Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our education programs. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating educational strategies to ensure the success of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a comprehensive curriculum for various educational programs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of educators and volunteers.
- Prepare and manage budgets for educational programs, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Establish partnerships and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to expand the reach of our programs.
- Plan and coordinate educational events, workshops, and conferences.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data analysis and feedback from participants.
- Develop and maintain educational materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and other resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in education and incorporate them into our programs.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and external educational agencies and institutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in education coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other educational software.
- Experience in event planning and budget management.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and evaluation methods.
- Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community.
