Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership through presentations and written reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support
Develop and maintain data models and perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
Proficiency in SQL and advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
Prior experience in a senior analyst or similar role is preferred
