Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending products accordingly
Demonstrate and educate customers on the proper use and application of products
Stay up-to-date with current beauty trends and products in the market
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products
Assist in maintaining store appearance and cleanliness
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives
Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the beauty industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for beauty and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in cosmetology or esthetics is an asset
Knowledge of different skin types, makeup techniques, and skincare products
