We are currently seeking a talented Casino Dealer to join our dynamic team at Casino Royale Experience. As a Casino Dealer, you will be responsible for creating an entertaining and welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring their utmost satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting various table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and others following all gaming rules and regulations
• Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive and memorable experience for them
• Accurately handling and exchanging chips and cash during game play
• Monitoring players for any signs of cheating or suspicious behavior
• Assisting with payouts and settling game disputes
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest concerns or inquiries
• Continuously learning and keeping up-to-date with gaming rules and regulations
• Participating in training programs and company initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Casino Dealer
• Extensive knowledge and experience in various table games
• Excellent mathematical and mental arithmetic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and count large sums of money accurately
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must possess a friendly and outgoing personality
