Job Description: As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the store runs efficiently and effectively. Your main goal will be to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
• Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to improve performance
• Train, motivate, and supervise a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service
• Create and maintain a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, recognition, and open communication
• Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees
• Identify opportunities for business growth and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations and achievement of overall goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale systems
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
