Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze network traffic and security logs to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to proactively identify potential risks and recommend solutions.
Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard our systems and networks from cyber attacks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities and gaps.
Conduct penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses in our systems and networks.
Manage and maintain security tools and systems, such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and anti-virus software.
Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees.
Create and maintain documentation related to cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incident response plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related role.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST, ISO, and CIS.
Familiarity with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and anti-virus software.
Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.
Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and databases.
Proven track record of identifying and mitigating security risks and vulnerabilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC, are a plus.
