Position Title: Education Program Manager

Position Overview: As the Education Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our educational programs. Your expertise in the education field, coupled with your strong leadership skills, will ensure the success and growth of our programs. You will work closely with a team of educators and other stakeholders to create dynamic and engaging learning experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to design curriculum and learning materials
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the education programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and staffing
• Create and maintain a positive learning environment for students, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to expand the reach of our programs
• Train and mentor educators and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality instruction and support
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in education to continuously improve our programs
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on program progress, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the programs and attract new students
• Act as a liaison between the organization and parents/guardians of students, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in budgeting and resource allocation
• Passion for education and dedication to providing high-quality learning experiences for students
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of current educational trends, best practices, and technology tools
• Experience working with diverse populations and creating inclusive learning environments
