Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans to support the organization's mission and objectives.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Oversee and manage the organization's donor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Create compelling fundraising materials, including grant proposals, case statements, and donor appeals.
• Plan and execute fundraising events, from conception to completion, to engage and cultivate donors.
• Collaborate with board members, staff, and volunteers to identify and pursue fundraising opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze fundraising performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Stay informed about current fundraising trends and techniques, and continually seek opportunities to improve fundraising efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
• Proven track record of achieving fundraising goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor management software.
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices and current trends.
• Passion for the organization's mission and the ability to effectively communicate it to potential donors.
