Job Title: Fashion Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative designs that align with our brand image and market trends. You will work closely with our design team to develop new collections and ensure that our products are of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, excellent design skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop new collections, including researching current market trends, creating mood boards, and sketching designs.
• Translate design concepts into technical sketches and detailed specifications for production.
• Create and present design concepts to the team, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand image, target audience, and market trends.
• Source and select fabrics, trims, and other materials for production.
• Oversee the entire production process, from design to final product, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that quality standards are met.
• Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, attending fashion shows and other relevant events.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and interns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Fashion Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles.
• Extensive knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
• Deep understanding of current fashion trends and market demands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
