This is a full-time, on-site position with occasional travel to other production facilities. Job Overview: As an Oil & Energy Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our oil and gas production facilities. You will work closely with a team of engineers, technicians, and operators to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to meeting production targets while adhering to strict safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of operations staff, including engineers, technicians, and operators, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to optimize production and minimize downtime.
• Monitor daily production activities, including well testing, maintenance, and repairs, to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, pipelines, and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving initiatives and make recommendations to management.
• Manage and maintain accurate production data, including well performance, production rates, and equipment downtime, to facilitate decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to operations staff and participate in training programs as needed.
• Monitor and control operating costs to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil and gas operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas production processes, equipment, and facilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Proven track record of meeting production targets and optimizing operations.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and a commitment to adhering to them.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using computer software and production reporting systems.
