Title: Technology Solutions Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Technology Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to our clients, helping them to identify and implement the best technology solutions for their business needs. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of technology, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements.
• Analyze client needs and recommend the most suitable technology solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and project management to develop and deliver customized technology solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations for clients to showcase the features and benefits of our technology solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during the implementation and deployment of technology solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our technology offerings.
• Act as a subject matter expert on our technology solutions, providing guidance and training to internal teams and clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technology consulting role, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
• Proven experience in identifying and implementing technology solutions for clients.
• Strong understanding of various technology platforms, including but not limited to cloud computing, data analytics, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
