Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and teach courses in the field of education at the undergraduate and/or graduate level

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development and assessment

• Serve as a mentor and advisor to students, assisting with academic and career planning
• Contribute to the university's service and outreach initiatives through involvement in committees, events, and community partnerships

Qualifications:

• A doctoral degree in Education or a related field
• Prior teaching experience at the college or university level
• Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in the field of education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and students
