We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Film Production to join our team and lead our production department to new heights.

Position Overview: As the Director of Film Production, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of film production, from pre-production to post-production. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company's production strategy, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing the production team, including producers, directors, cinematographers, and other crew members, to ensure the successful completion of all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's production strategy in line with the overall business objectives
• Oversee the production of all films, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage the production budget and ensure all expenditures are within the allocated budget
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine scripts, storyboards, and shooting schedules
• Hire and manage the production team, including producers, directors, cinematographers, and other crew members
• Ensure all necessary permits, locations, and equipment are secured for each project
• Monitor and maintain the production schedule, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
• Communicate regularly with the executive team to provide updates on project status and any potential issues
• Oversee the post-production process, including editing, sound design, and visual effects, to ensure the final product meets the company's standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including agents, managers, and talent, to secure top talent for projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance the company's production capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in film, production, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in film production, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing film productions from pre-production to post-production
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of film production processes, equipment, and technology
• Proficient in industry-standard software, such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and Avid Media Composer
