Job Title: Data Warehouse Lead

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Lead to oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our company's data warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. This role is responsible for leading a team of data warehouse developers and ensuring the successful delivery of data warehouse solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company's data warehouse environment, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality assurance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs, and translate those needs into data warehouse solutions.
• Manage a team of data warehouse developers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and maintain data warehouse standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Oversee the deployment of data warehouse changes and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data warehouse performance, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data warehousing, and make recommendations for improvements and advancements in technology.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and IT professionals.
• Provide training and support to end-users on accessing and utilizing data warehouse solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, with a proven track record of leading successful data warehouse projects.
• Strong technical expertise in data warehousing tools and technologies, such as SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling.
• Experience managing a team of data warehouse developers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
