Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-home care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
Help with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and errands
Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, providing companionship and emotional support
Follow personalized care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Attend training and educational programs to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge as a Home Care Aide

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role preferred
Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license
Bilingual in English and another language is a plus

Working Conditions: As a Home Care Aide, you will primarily work in the clients' homes, providing one-on-one care. This role may require you to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
