Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Transactions:

• Conduct property inspections and evaluations to determine market value and potential issues
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and other necessary documents
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as appraisers, lenders, and attorneys to ensure a smooth transaction process

Marketing and Networking:

• Utilize various marketing channels to promote properties and attract potential clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Active real estate license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
