Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting and selling wireless products and services to customers in a retail environment

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services
• Assist customers with product demonstrations, inquiries, and troubleshooting

• Stay up-to-date with the latest wireless products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate and educate customers
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management, store merchandising, and cash handling
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
• Knowledge of wireless products and services is an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
