Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tobacco Production Manager to join our team. The Tobacco Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet production goals and deadlines
• Monitor and track production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Manage and train production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Control and Research & Development, to optimize production processes
• Oversee inventory management and procurement of raw materials
• Maintain and update production records and reports
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to improve processes and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including health and safety, environmental, and labor laws
• Monitor and control production costs to ensure budget adherence
• Stay informed of industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Production Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tobacco production, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• In-depth knowledge of tobacco production processes, equipment, and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and production management software
