Job Overview: As the Program Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives within Wolters Kluwer. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to identify areas for growth and develop strategies to bring new programs to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential areas for program development, taking into consideration the needs of our target audience and the mission of our organization
• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to create a comprehensive plan for implementing new programs
• Develop program proposals and presentations to pitch to senior management and key stakeholders for approval
• Create program timelines, budgets, and resources plans to ensure successful execution
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of program coordinators to assist with the implementation and delivery of new programs
• Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of programs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to raise awareness and attract participants for new programs
• Develop partnerships and collaborations with external organizations to enhance program offerings and reach a wider audience
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our program offerings
• Communicate regularly with senior management and provide progress reports on program development and implementation
• Represent Wolters Kluwer at conferences, events, and meetings to promote our programs and network with potential partners and collaborators
• Ensure that all programs adhere to Wolters Kluwer's policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, project management, or a similar role, preferably in the Research sector
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing new programs or initiatives
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial management, and data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team

• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Willingness to travel as needed
