Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems

• Analyze and preprocess data to ensure the accuracy and quality of the models
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies
• Optimize and fine-tune existing models to improve their performance
• Test and evaluate models to assess their accuracy and effectiveness
• Implement and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses for efficient data processing
• Develop and maintain documentation for models, algorithms, and data processes
• Troubleshoot and debug issues with models and data processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AI and Machine Learning Developer
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• Proficiency in data processing and analysis with SQL, Spark, or Hadoop
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies
