Job Title: Recruitment Researcher

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Researcher, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and identifying top talent for our company. You will use a variety of methods to research potential candidates, including online databases, social media, and networking events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and a passion for finding top talent to join our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates for various job openings within the company
• Utilize online databases, social media, and other resources to source and identify qualified candidates
• Network and attend job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to connect with potential candidates
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings
• Screen and review candidate resumes to determine their qualifications and fit for the company
• Conduct phone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers
• Provide regular updates and reports to the recruitment team on the status of candidate sourcing and screening efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing strategies
• Assist with other recruitment tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
• Strong research skills with the ability to identify and attract top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience utilizing online databases, social media, and other resources for candidate sourcing
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
